Payments

Payments Accepted:

Direct deposit: Information will be included on your invoice, to which postage charges have been added.

Payment with Credit Card: Via Paypal only - we do this with your security in mind.

Payment via Paypal: Paypal charges fees for any Paypal transaction, Catherine's Place does not pay these fees.

Paying with Paypal to: sales @ catherinesplace. com.au* (remove the spaces)

Please add 2.5% of invoice total + .30 to the amount you are paying.
This covers the fees that paypal charges. If you don’t add the correct amount, your invoice will have an amount owing and your order will not be processed. If you pay over the amount owing you will be credited on your next invoice.

Calculating the Paypal Fee:

This calculation is very easy with a calculator:
the number, times (x) the %age then hit "percent key" and + then = then press + .30 =

So an invoice total of $85.00 the Paypal calculation is:

85 x 2.5 %age key (display now shows 2.125
which is 2.5% of 85) then hit the + & = to give you the total $87.125. Then hit the + and add .30 to get the final total which is $87.42

Please make sure that your surname appears on your payment. Failure to do so will lead to delays.

Shipping

We've gone FREE!!

That's right, shipping is now free for all orders over $70.00.
Your order will be sent via Express post where possible.

There is a small fee for having your order sent Registered with Insurance (which is an option you need to choose) and is calculated as you go through checkout.

Orders under $70.00 are charged a flat $11.00.

Your order will be packed using new and (clean) recycled packaging and usually sent in an Express Post bag which has a tracking number. Orders that wont fit into an Express Post bag will be sent via regular mail.

Austraila Post.

All our orders are sent via Australia Post. It doesnt happen often, but sometimes items are lost or go missing. While we will make every effort to find lost or missing parcels by submitting paperwork & dealing with Australia Post on your behalf, Catherine's Place cannot take responsibility for lost or missing items in the post. If you would like your order sent registered post you can do this in several ways.

- Select "Registered Post" as your shipping option in checkout.
- Add this request to the comment section on your order.
- If emailing us, please specify you would like your oder sent registered post with or without insurance. Otherwise your order will be sent Express post or regular mail. There are additional charges for sending items via Registered Post but they are not a lot.

International orders.

Your order wont have a shipping charge added as you go through checkout, you will need to wait for an Invoice (not a Order Confirmation) to be sent to you with the correct shipping charges added.

Paying for your order is simple with a link direct to Paypal you can be on your way in minutes. Paypal payments are subject to a 2.4% + .30 transaction fee which is calculated for you at checkout.

Our payment options are:

Paypal - for Bank Funds & Credit Card payments. (All International orders must pay via Paypal.)
Bank Transfer - Log on to your Internet Banking Site & pay immediately.
